CEO/Executive Director Experience

Shani Moslehi is the Founder and CEO of the Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce (OCIACC), established in 2015 as the first organization of its kind in the region. A nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate, Shani has dedicated the past decade to empowering Iranian American businesses and creating spaces where cultural pride and professional opportunity meet. Under her leadership, OCIACC has launched high-impact programs such as TAVAN, a resilience hub for small businesses funded by a $250,000 Jobs First grant, as well as large-scale community events serving thousands annually. A graduate of the Leadership Tomorrow program, Shani has also served as a mentor through the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), drawing on her own entrepreneurial journey to guide others. She is recognized for her ability to build lasting partnerships, mobilize communities, and foster resilience across Orange County’s diverse business ecosystem.
