Pathways of Hope’s Executive Director has established the agency as a key organization in North Orange County. Under his leadership, the agency received $2.5 million from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’s foundation, to be used as a catalyst for the creation of permanent supportive housing and affordable housing for families. Since he joined Pathways of Hope in 2017, he has reconfigured key leadership and management positions on the staff to streamline efficiency and provide more defined structure for day-to-day responsibilities and their agency outcomes. He has expanded and diversified the agency’s Board of Directors and continues to grow and develop key relationships at both the local, state, and national level. This has empowered the agency to increase its revenue from both private as well as government funders, in addition to increasing donations and sponsorships from individuals and busineses throughout North Orange County.
