Jennifer Hark-Dietz

CEO/Executive Director Experience

Jennifer Hark Dietz, LCSW, chief executive officer, oversees PATH’s statewide operations, including program implementation, administration, fundraising, media and marketing, and advocacy. She joined PATH in 2013 as the deputy chief program officer and has 15 years of experience in homelessness, Veteran services, and behavioral health. Jennifer previously worked at the Greater Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs where she managed the US’ largest HUD/VASH program as the associate chief of community care. As an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), she has helped bring evidence-based practices into PATH programs as well as MSW interns to develop PATH’s learning community. Currently, Jennifer serves on the Los Angeles Regional Community Veterans Engagement Board and is a member of Social Justice Partners Los Angeles. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a dual major in psychology and anthropology. Jennifer completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California (USC).
