The purpose of Resource Oversight and Guidance Services, Inc. is to provide representative payee services for Social Security and VA beneficiaries who are incapable of managing their own benefits and do not have friends or family members who are able to serve in this capacity. We provide this service through the use of financial oversight, personal guidance, and education in a professional and caring manner.

Resource Oversight & Guidance Services, Inc. is a nonprofit social service organization, appointed by the Social Security Administration (SSA) and Veterans Administration to receive and manage benefits for individuals unable to do so themselves.
We are commited to act as a fiduciary, ensuring all funds are used exclusively for the beneficiary’s best interests, specifically covering basic needs like food, clothing, shelter, and medical care.
We maintain rigorous records of all income and expenditures, which are subject to annual reporting and periodic onsite reviews by the SSA and the VA.
Our authority is limited to managing Social Security, SSI and VA funds and does not extend to non-SSA income, medical consent, or other legal matters unless otherwise legally authorized.
