Rebecca Kindreich, LCSW

CEO/Executive Director Experience

Rebecca Kindreich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been in the Social Work field since 1997. Rebecca founded SEEDS with the mission to plant seeds in individuals and families so they can grow and develop not only emotionally but also spiritually. After much prayer, Rebecca felt God was calling her to provide services to K-12 private Christian schools and church communities. She loves the ability to incorporate her faith in her work with both clients and staff who are faith-based. Rebecca completed her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with an Emphasis in Social Work from Concordia University in Irvine and received her Master’s in Social Work from California State University Long Beach. In addition, Rebecca is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). ​Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked in a variety of settings; with developmentally disabled children and adults, in medical social work with children, families, and adults. During the last 17 years Rebecca worked at Concordia University, 12 of those years as Director of Counseling and Psychological Services supervising trainees, associates, and licensed therapists. This background affords Rebecca extensive experience working with high-risk clientele both as a Medical Social worker and in the University setting. She incorporates a holistic approach that includes spiritual, emotional, psychological, physical, and social engagement.
