Rosie Doane serves as Executive Director of Skyline Sober Living Network, where he leads strategic planning, community partnerships, fundraising, and organizational development in support of individuals seeking long-term recovery and stable housing. Rosie earned both a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Economics from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. His professional background includes work as an Economic Analyst with Long Beach Development & Opportunity, where he focused on economic development initiatives and community-focused public policy. In addition to his nonprofit leadership experience, Rosie has been actively involved in civic engagement and political organizing. He served remotely on the campaign staff of Michelle Wu and later worked on the congressional campaign of Derek Tran. His career reflects a commitment to public service, community development, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive. Today, Rosie focuses on expanding access to quality recovery housing, strengthening nonprofit partnerships, and advancing Skyline's mission of providing safe, supportive, and accountable sober living environments.
