Art delaCruz is a former Naval Academy graduate and Naval Aviator who served 22 years in the US Navy. His assignments include commanding officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 22, Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellow (served at McKinsey & Co), and Deputy of Strategic Policy Division at SOCOM. Following service in the Navy, Art worked for three years at Northrop Grumman in a range of roles, culminating in a position running strategy as the Director of Planning for the aerospace division and ultimately becoming the COO of Team Rubicon.
