Capital Campaign Purpose:
Abrazar is actively engaged in a capital campaign to modernize critical community assets that directly support our mission. Our highest priority is replacing our aging fleet of accessible transportation vehicles that provide more than 120,000 one-way passenger trips annually for older adults and individuals with disabilities throughout Orange County. Most vehicle replacement grants require significant local matching funds, making philanthropic support essential to leveraging available public funding and maintaining safe, reliable transportation services.
In addition, Abrazar owns and operates 18 affordable housing units that provide stable housing for low-income families. As funding becomes available through grants and charitable contributions, we are renovating these properties one unit at a time to improve safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, and overall quality of life for our residents while preserving affordable housing in Orange County.
Investments in these capital initiatives allow Abrazar to protect vital community assets, leverage additional public funding, and ensure that essential transportation and affordable housing resources remain available for the individuals and families who depend on them.
