Elsa brings over 16 years of experience in Communicatons, community engagement, fundraising, government affairs, and public relations in Mexico and the United States. Her binational expertise in building strategic partnerships, cultivating donors, and fostering collaboration, makes her an excellent candidate to lead ENF in supporting families in Southern California to navigate their children's journey through cancer and other life-threatening diseases. In her previous role as Director of Communicatons for MAAC, a nonprofit that offers social services to nearly 100,000 individuals in San Diego County, she led a comprehensive communications and fundraising strategy to increase the visibility, impact, and brand of more than 20 programs and services.
