CEO/Executive Director Experience
In 2013, Bryan’s passion for serving people experiencing homelessness began when he volunteered with a small outreach that served a hot chili dinner to the homeless community in downtown Santa Ana. Over time, this outreach grew into OCRM’s Mobile Feeding Program, which provides approximately 500 hot meals weekly to people experiencing homelessness in various locations throughout the county. In 2015, Bryan was hired as OCRM’s Chief Operating Officer. In 2023, he became Chief Executive Officer and now manages operations and student residential programs at all OCRM sites and properties. His operational oversight includes financial analysis, business planning, risk mitigation strategies, and technology solutions. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, product development, technology management, and leading large teams in a deadline-driven environment. Bryan and his wife, Natasha, live in Tustin with their three kids. He enjoys hiking, camping, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
