Rachael Berger, Executive Director – Rachael has an extensive corporate background focused on project management with an emphasis on financial management. She was Director of Client Relations at American Express for many years, overseeing $180MM of corporate funding. Under Rachael’s leadership, years of experience and vision for organization and structure, she has streamlined and expanded Sally’s Fund services. Her client relationships and approach in developing a scheduling system, managing vehicle safety and the incorporation of regulation, has helped to develop a comprehensive transportation organization. Rachael is committed to meeting and understanding the needs of the frail elderly by identifying programs to fulfill essential needs and by developing a strategic management plan. She has been instrumental in overseeing the expansion of SF transportation for the elderly in Laguna Beach. Rachael spent years fundraising for non- profit organizations in Laguna Beach, including School Power and Human Options. She successfully challenged and effected change to CA law regarding parameters for determining spousal support and advocating for women without a voice. Rachael has been a Laguna Beach Resident for 33 years.
