Senior Benefit & Paperwork Assistance Program
The Senior Benefit & Paperwork Assistance Program provides free, hands-on assistance to seniors and vulnerable individuals who need help navigating complex public benefit systems. Services include assistance with Social Security, Medicare, Medi-Cal, housing applications, Section 8, and other government or nonprofit benefit paperwork. The program also supports cancer patients and low-income individuals who face language barriers, limited access to resources, or difficulty understanding application requirements. All services are provided at no cost and are tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on dignity, accessibility, and compassionate support.
The program assists approximately 20–30 individuals per month with successful completion of benefit and assistance applications.
Expected outcomes include increased access to public benefits, reduced stress related to complex paperwork, improved financial stability for seniors and vulnerable individuals, and greater awareness of available community resources.
