Lindsay Fitzpatrick, PsyD, BCB became Shanti OC's Director of Mental Health Services in 2015 and two years later took over the role of Executive Director when Shanti OC’s founder retired. She has led the organization through a major expansion period, with an over 1400% increase in clients served (from 100 in 2017 to 1,511 in 2025). To support the growth in clientele, Dr. Fitzpatrick has also grown Shanti OC’s team from four to 49 employees. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Board-Certified Biofeedback Clinician, she understands what it takes to support clients in living their best lives. She has specialties in chronic pain and illness, with a focus on serving the LGBTQIA-2S community and those living with HIV/AIDS.
