Maybelline Racca-Salazar serves as the Director of Operations for The Purpose of Recovery (TPOR), where she leads organizational infrastructure, strategic growth, and operational excellence in support of the organization’s mission. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. With 19 years of experience in language communications, Maybelline brings extensive expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, team building, and account and contract management. Her leadership strengthens TPOR’s internal systems, enhances cross-sector partnerships, and supports sustainable expansion of peer recovery services. Originally from Hawaii and now rooted in California since beginning her college career, Maybelline brings both warmth and strategic insight to her work. She is married and a proud mother of two teenage boys. Her commitment to strong families and thriving communities aligns deeply with TPOR’s vision of long-term recovery supported by connection, purpose, and empowerment.
