Anna Conti, MA, Chief Executive Officer, is a mission-driven nonprofit executive with more than 18 years of leadership experience across philanthropy, funder strategy, nonprofit governance, executive leadership, and cross-sector partnerships. She has led complex human service organizations through growth and transformation, strengthening financial sustainability, operations, infrastructure, and accountability while securing significant philanthropic and government investments. Her regional and statewide work addressing domestic violence, homelessness, and human trafficking has brought together nonprofit, government, corporate, and philanthropic partners to strengthen systems of care and advance policy and practice. Conti’s leadership has earned national and regional recognition, including a $1.25 million Bezos Day One Families Fund grant, a Los Angeles Business Journal Nonprofit Executive of the Year nomination, and the Soroptimist International of Long Beach Women Who Make a Difference Award.
