Our mission is to make Asian American experiences more visible while standing in solidarity with other communities of color through providing equity-centered resources, education, and advocacy for educators in the classroom and at home.

Impact Statement
Since 2021, we have drawn on our own identities and lived experiences as Asian American educators to engage thousands of our colleagues in Orange County and beyond. Highlights include our Teaching for Justice Conference, an Educator's Guide to Orange County, and our "Building an Antiracist Classroom Community" workshop.
Needs Statement
To reach 2,000 educators across Orange County and beyond, we’re looking to fundraise $300,000 in 2024. Broken down, that’s $150,000 for personnel, $85,000 for programming, and $35,000 for technology, and $30,000 for our fiscal sponsor.
