Impact Statement
Since 2021, we have drawn on our own identities and lived experiences as Asian American educators to engage thousands of our colleagues in Orange County and beyond. Highlights include our Teaching for Justice Conference, an Educator's Guide to Orange County, and our "Building an Antiracist Classroom Community" workshop.
Needs Statement
To reach 2,000 educators across Orange County and beyond, we’re looking to fundraise $300,000 in 2024. Broken down, that’s $150,000 for personnel, $85,000 for programming, and $35,000 for technology, and $30,000 for our fiscal sponsor.

Statement from the CEO/Executive Director
Thrive Together OC is a source of hope for individuals who are at risk of developing severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia. We have partnered with experts from the University of California, Irvine, to offer specialized services that can help prevent the development of such conditions. Our services are provided at no cost to ensure that everyone can access the care they need to stay healthy. We understand that mental health concerns can be overwhelming, so we take great pride in providing comprehensive and specialized services that address the unique needs of individuals who may be at greater risk. We also support the professional development of professionals through training and consultation services.
