CEO/Executive Director Experience
Erin Arias is the Executive Director of Miracle Babies, a nonprofit providing transportation, mental health counseling, and essential supplies to NICU families across San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles County. She has led the organization since August 2024. Erin brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership across Southern California. She led the funding effort behind House of Ruth, Orange County's first transitional housing program of its kind. Her fundraising work has included capital campaigns across housing, disability, and family services, and development leadership at organizations including Extraordinary Families, UCP of Orange County, and NOVA Academy Early College High School. Through this work she raised over $900,000 through signature giving events and secured $3.71 million for an inaugural capital campaign. Erin holds an MS in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a BA in History from St. Mary's College of California.
