Leading SoulRapha since 2017 is our Executive Director Heather Riley. For the past 15 years, Heather has been honored to come alongside those in the midst of managing change, difficulties, and conflict. She has been trusted by individuals and organizations alike - serving health care agencies, small businesses, non-profit companies, schools, and churches. She holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and is a licensed Chaplain, completing her one-year residency at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach. Heather is a certified fund raiser and serves her community via local police agencies as a volunteer chaplain and certified advanced peer supporter. She is enamored with the narrative of people’s lives, dedicated to building up resilient communities, and an advocate for the most vulnerable populations.
